 But, first try these simple tips to reduce your body’s exposure:-Check your vehicle’s cabin air filter & replace it if dusty-Wash your face and rinse your hair before bed so that you aren’t sleeping in a face full of pollen-Wear sunglasses outside to block allergens before they reach your eyes-Drink lots of water to help maintain the body’s natural barriers in your nasal passages
